Licha Stelaus Productions presents 900-year-old Nidaros Cathedral Men and Boys choir (Nidarosdomens Guttekor) from Norway in their much-anticipated debut public performance in Singapore on the 20th and 21st October at the Esplanade Concert Hall.
Be enchanted by their wide repertoire of traditional and classical works, including major pieces such as Giacomo Puccini’s classic Messa di Gloria, which will be performed in its entirety for the first time in Singapore; accompanied by Singapore’s professional chamber orchestra, re:SOUND Collective.
The Director of Music and organist of Nidaros Cathedral – Magne Draagen, will perform with the choir during the first half of the programme with Esplanade’s magnificent pipe organ. The choir is led by Bjørn Moe, the conductor and artistic director of Nidarosdomens Guttekor.
