Sitting by the Singapore River is the Timbre X S.E.A, housed in a beautifully restored historical building that used to play host to Singapore’s parliamentary meetings. Nestled in the heritage district and close to the landing site of our nation’s founder, Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles, Timbre X S.E.A hopes to bring the region’s music, food and drinks together.
