PIPES by Hattendo

Hattendo Singapore

Ever imagined having pastries for dessert? Well, with PIPES by Hattendo around the corner, you won’t have to imagine it anymore. Go for the classic cream puff with the delicious, creamy custard (easily the bestseller here) or get a box of five if you can’t settle on one. Customize your purchase with unorthodox flavours like azuki bean and matcha, and select some regular ones like chocolate to balance the crazy. Oh and did you know the Yuzu Cream Bun is a seasonal favourite which comes with pure Yuzu essence infused custard cream and kochi jelly? Image Credit: Hattendo Singapore Facebook Page

Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory

tokyo milk cheese factory

As the name suggests, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory is renowned for its Cheesecake and Cheese cookies. But if you haven’t had their lip smacking cream puffs, then you’ve missed out on a lot in life. Don’t fret though. Better late than never. The cream puff goes by the alias “Milk Pie”, which is mascarpone cheese and cream generously packed in a choux and filo pastry. We recommend the classic version of this pastry but if you must order a different flavour, check out the Christmas favourite Dark Chocolate Drizzled Milk Pie. The festive season is not far now. Baristart

Baristart

Start your day with a cream puff from Baristart. Who said you can’t have a sweet breakfast? The only piece of advice we can give: carry an extra T shirt. The cream puffs here are unabashedly messy, and you will need to clean up after you’re done devouring these devils. The shell of the pastry is packed with crunchy sugar crystals which protect the Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk Custard cream centre. Wash these carbs down with a fresh cappuccino or an espresso shot.
