Maison Telmont has launched its flagship Champagne bar in Singapore a cooperation with Bayside, a famous Marina Bay venue. This new endeavour represents a substantial extension for Telmont, delivering an amazing al fresco Champagne experience that perfectly captures the essence of Singapore's lively nightlife and spectacular waterfront vistas.
The Telmont Champagne Bar, which is strategically positioned in Bayside, a site recognised for attracting both locals and tourists, provides a classy getaway from the hectic metropolitan. The bar stocks all six Telmont collections, including the Réserve Brut, Réserve Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, Vinothèque and Confidential Cuvée. Each collection has been carefully chosen to reflect Telmont's dedication to craftsmanship, history, and sustainability.
The makeover of Bayside into Telmont's main bar celebrates both luxury and nature. The venue's design blends Telmont's characteristic rustic and earthy look, with a one-of-a-kind painting by renowned Singaporean graffiti artist SONG. This artwork not only reflects Telmont's commitment to sustainability, but it also pays homage to Singapore's culture and natural beauty. The mesmerising golden glow of the sunset across Marina Bay adds to the bar's ambiance, providing a spectacular backdrop for an evening of indulgence.
Bayside and Telmont are celebrating the debut with a variety of special events, beginning with the Sunset Hour on Mondays and Fridays. Between 6 and 8 p.m., guests can sample the well-balanced and delicious Telmont Réserve Brut for $88++ per bottle. This blend, with its rich fruitiness, freshness, and undertones of honeysuckle and vanilla, matches beautifully with Bayside's delicious oysters, which are $4++ each during Sunset Hour. Wednesdays at Bayside are dedicated to Ladies Night, with free-flowing Telmont, Aperol Spritzes, house beer, wine, and spirits for $68++ from 6 to 8 p.m.
The Telmont Champagne Bar at Bayside also offers a carefully designed menu to compliment the Champagne's distinct flavour character. The Lobster Roll, priced at $24++, has lobster sautéed in melted butter and served on a brioche bun with light mayonnaise, herbs, and a refreshing lemon squeeze. Other menu favourites include Cheese Flatbreads ($16++), which are covered with tomato, parmesan, and your choice of meat, and Truffle Fries ($12++), which are adorned with parmesan cheese and green onion.
The menu also includes a range of small nibbles, such as cheese and charcuterie, smoked salmon and cream cheese blinis, and pâté, so there's something for everyone.
Looking forward, Bayside and Telmont have ambitious plans to extend their relationship with distinctive events throughout the year. During the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix, Bayside will present a demonstration of Telmont's many expressions immediately outside Gate 5 of the race course, allowing fans and onlookers to sample the finest Champagne. As the year comes to a close, Bayside and Telmont will celebrate the beauty and resilience of Mother Nature with a lavish Champagne Party.
