Our sixth and final Taco Libre contender is Chef Clayton Wells (Chef of The Year 2016 Australia) of Automata (AUS) and the newly opened Blackwattle (SG) with his taco creation 'Taco de Camarones Japones' (ingredients: prawn, wakame, shiso slaw, yuzu kosho mayo and toasted sesame).
