Grilled Out Sunday celebrates the art of open-flame grilling while providing a sensory experience with its tableside à la carte buffet. For $88++ per adult, diners can choose from a limitless variety of appetisers, sides, desserts, and perfectly grilled meats steeped with the smokey richness of sustainable Jarrah wood and charcoal. Signature dishes include the luscious Beef Prime Rib, Smoked Lamb Leg, and Crispy Pork Knuckle, as well as the delectable Roasted Tandoori Chicken and a full Seabass infused with a rich smokiness. Vegetarians can enjoy the Roasted Spicy Cauliflower, which provides a bold alternative.

To complement the main courses, the buffet offers a choice of appetisers such as the classic Shrimp Cocktail with Marie Rose sauce and a Beetroot and Feta Salad with pickled beetroot, rocket and almond flakes. Satisfying sides include rich Mac and Cheese, Yorkshire Pudding and Beef Fat Roasted Potato. Guests can finish their dinner with classic sweets including Crème Brûlée, Apple Crumble, and a luscious Ice Cream Sundae.

To add to the spectacle, Opus Bar and Grill's chefs have introduced a weekly tableside flambé performance in which a special dish is artistically created in front of customers. The Grilled Out Sunday experience runs from 12 to 3 p.m., with the option of a customised set meal for $48++ per person. For those wishing to complement their dinner, a free-flow beverage package of Taittinger Brut, house wines, beers, and Amaro-forward cocktails is offered for $48++ per person.

A Celebration of Local Flavours: The Local High Tea

Every Saturday, Opus Bar and Grill serves Local High Tea, an elevated rendition of Singapore's eclectic culinary history. Guests are welcome to explore eight handpicked stations, each with an appealing assortment of local delights. Live-action stations produce fresh popiah, kueh pie tee, XO fried carrot cake, and chicken satay for an immersive and flavourful experience.

Western classics are given a modern spin with local inspirations, as shown in the Curry Beef Marmalade Slider and Sambal Seafood Pizza. Diners can also choose a main course from a refined menu, which includes Singapore Laksa with rock lobster, Mutton Curry Briyani, Three Treasure Beef Noodle Soup, and Bak Kut Teh. The wide dessert table, which includes excellent D9 Cakery creations like as the iconic Blueberry Cheesecake, Summer Strawberry Verbena Tart, and Pandan Gula Melaka Pound Cake, is a highlight of the visit.

Local High Tea is served from 12 to 3 p.m. for $58++ per adult and $29++ per child aged 6 to 12, which includes water, coffee, and tea. Guests can enhance their experience with a free-flow beverage package that includes premium alcoholic selections for $48++ per person or non-alcoholic speciality drinks for $28++ each.

Skewers & Sliders Stack

The Skewers & Sliders Stack is designed for casual social eating and serves up a sharing feast of robust flavours. This daily culinary experience combines premium ingredients with Asian-inspired marinades, displaying Opus Bar and Grill's expertise in grilled meats and handmade sliders.

Guests can enjoy perfectly cooked skewers such as Teriyaki Salmon, Bulgogi Wagyu Beef, Chicken Masala and Miso Eggplant. The Smoked Beef Brisket, Mini Cheeseburger, and Crispy Fish Fillet sliders provide a pleasing contrast of textures and flavours. The meal closes with a trio of decadent desserts, including D9 Cakery's famous cheesecake and a Dark Chocolate Brownie with Hazelnut Crème.

The Skewers & Sliders Stack costs $54++ for two guests and is available weekdays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The experience includes endless speciality coffee, artisanal teas, and soft drinks, making it the ideal way to unwind after an afternoon feast.
