This is how it works. You get to select 15 items - each comprise of 2 pieces (this is alot of food) from the extensive menu.
You have choices from Steamed Dim Sum, such as Fresh Prawn Dumplings, Abalone Siew Mai or the most popular Xiao Long Bao. Golden (fried) Dim Sum, such as Radish Cakes, Shrimp Dumplings, Spring Rolls and the delicious Egg Tarts. Appetisers such as Roasted Pork Belly, Wasabi Prawns and Chilli Chicken cannot be missed.
Soup is counted as 2 servings for one choice but you are invited to mix and match so you can order a Spicy and Sour soup, while your partner might rather the Braised Bird's Nest.
Main Course has all the favourites including Sweet and Sour Pork, Chicken and Cashews, Beef with Spring Onions or the Beef with Black Bean. Seasonal vegetables, French beans and even a braised eggplant allow for the vegetarian on your table to dig in.
Moving on to Rice, Noodles and Porridge you will find everything to expect from a Luxe experience such as Jade including Lobster Porridge, Beef Hor Fun and the easy-going Wok Fried Fragrant Five Grain Rice.
