From 15 November to 31 December 2022 the hottest destination for classic, value-for-money steak frites amid an effortlessly relaxed and casual chic ambience, Les Bouchons presents a scrumptious time-limited 3-Course Festive Menu ($76) especially just for the holiday season.

Created by Executive Chef Mickaël Cornac, this menu will be available at the popular Ann Siang Road and Robertson Quay outlets, as well as the newest Rochester outlet.

To start, diners may pick from four moreish options. Soupe À L'oignon Maison, Croûtons À L'emmental, Homemade French Onion Soup, Emmental Cheese Croutons, Mousse De Foie De Poulet Maison À La Confiture De Figues, Homemade Chicken Liver Mousse, Fig Jam, Rillette Au Saumon Fumé De Norvège Maison, Homemade Norwegian Smoked Salmon Rillette and Escalope De Foie-Gras Poêlée 100g, Chutney D'oignon and Toast, 100g Pan Seared Foie-Gras, Onion Chutney, Toast (+$12).

A great companion to these irresistible entrées is the beautiful Domaine Jean Pascal et Fils, Bourgogne Blanc 2018 – a classic white burgundy with notes of fresh fruits and a good structure.

All plats come with Les Bouchons’ mixed salad, undeniably addictive free-flow homemade fries that are made from scratch and twice-cooked, as well as stellar homemade sauces such as béarnaise, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, and mayonnaise. An impeccable accompaniment, 50g pan-seared foie-gras (+$14) is available as an add-on.

Diners may choose from one of these four tempting plats. Piece De Paleron De Bœuf Grillée Wagyu MB6/7, Grilled Beef Wagyu Oyster Blade MB6/7, 300g (+$10), Côte D'agneau Grillées Australienne Aux Herbes De Provence, Grilled Australian Lamb Chop with Provence Herbs, 3pcs, Magret De Canard Des Landes Entier, Beurre À L'échalote, Grilled Whole French Duck Breast, 350g, Gambas Simplement Grillées À L’huile D’olive Extra Vierge, Jumbo Prawns Simply Grilled With Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4pcs.

Complete the experience with either the Château de Saint Martin Côtes de Provence Cru Classé "Eternelle Favorite" Rosé 2020 or Château Haut Bertinerie Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 2018 – the former an elegant, light-bodied rosé with notes of watermelon and pink grapefruit; the latter has aromas of blackberry, raspberry and cherry, it is medium-bodied with notes of juicy tannins.

For dessert diners may opt for Fondant Aux Deux Chocolat Valrhona Maison Et Sa Glace Vanille, Homemade Valrhona Chocolate Lava Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream, Mon Sapin De Noël: Citron/Menthe À La Mousse De Noix De Coco, My Christmas Tree: Coconut Mousse and Citrus Mint (+$4), Befitting of the occasion, this exquisite homemade ‘Christmas tree’ has custom-made ‘Les Bouchons’ and ‘Merry Christmas’ chocolates on each side of the ‘tree’. Brie À La Truffe Maison, Homemade Truffle Brie, Mascarpone, Truffle Pate.

Enjoy a Christmassy cocktail alongside the pleasant desserts for a finishing touch to the fulfilling meal, and for the extra festive vibes, Xmas Breeze $15, A tangy concoction of Malibu Rum, fresh lime juice, blackcurrant syrup and soda water, Let It Snow $15, An intriguing mixture of Baileys, Milo, milk froth and marshmallows.
