Gunther's, Singapore's beacon of modern French fine dining since 2007, has reinvented its culinary offerings with a new à la carte menu. From new signature delicacies to reimagined classics, this redesigned menu promises a luxurious yet economical dining experience, ideal for intimate meals or elegant private parties.

The revised menu includes notable dishes like Warm Pilaf Rice topped with 10 grammes of Oscietra Caviar, which exemplifies the restaurant's commitment to elegance and flavour at an affordable price of $58. This exquisite delicacy, characterised by the buttery and briny richness of the caviar, is just one of several delicious options available to diners today. For meat enthusiasts, the Roasted Pyrenees Lamb Belly ($68) provides an amazing blend of tenderness and flavour. Raised on mother's milk in the alpine areas, this lamb dish brings the highlands right to your plate.

Other notable additions include the cognac-infused Lobster Bisque Velouté ($28) and the exquisite Brochette of Roasted Scallop with Raisin Lime Sauce ($68). The Grilled Striploin with Green Pepper Cream Sauce is another standout on the menu, offering customers a classic French steak meal with delicate yet rich flavours. Chef Gunther Hubrechsen has attentively prepared each item, ensuring that every mouthful reflects the restaurant's famous culinary skill.

Gunther's also continues to celebrate its classics, like its famed Oscietra Caviar, which is now available in a variety of sizes and pricing to suit varied tastes, including 30 grammes for $98. These menus feature a symphony of quality ingredients, allowing guests to enjoy a curated selection of the chef's finest dishes at more affordable prices—$158 for the 4-course menu and $228 for the 6-course option, both with wine pairings. In addition to its elegant dining options, Gunther's is an excellent choice for private events and special occasions. Gunther's offers elegance and exclusivity in a varied environment, with private dining rooms that can seat up to 30 guests and the option to reserve the full venue for standing receptions of up to 100 guests. Guests may also savour a selection of handmade canapés, created with the same attention to detail as the restaurant's main courses, including miniaturised treats like Grilled French Foie Gras and Pulled Iberico Pork over Celeriac Mousseline.
