Meadesmoore is a modern steakhouse that specialises in unusual cuts of beef and other meats sourced from a network of trusted award-winning premium producers. Tucked away on the upper floor of a shophouse in the Telok Ayer area, Meadesmoore is an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, within a contemporary industrial space punctuated by pops of dark teal velvet and leather seating.

Helmed by Executive Chef Victor Loy, Meadesmoore — formerly known as Fat Belly Social Steakhouse — is a joyous fist bump to the grand steakhouses of the early 1900s in the US and UK, while tapping into the mindful contemporary global diner’s adventurous palate and desire to understand the provenance of what we eat.
