Appetite

Appetite sits one floor above Nouri and is a lounge, intimate kitchen and art gallery rolled into one. Its name takes after the appetite for experiences, insights and life, and its logo — similar to the Pac-Man game of the 80s — symbolises the act of consuming this knowledge. The space opened in 2020 and is ideal for lounging with its tightly curated drinks list and delicious light bites.

Guests can expect a sleek open kitchen, a listening room with an extensive vinyl collection as well as art displayed throughout the spaces. The space is also a platform meant to showcase Brehm’s Crossroads Thinking within the intersecting spheres of food, art, and music.

It regularly hosts events aimed at bringing people closer, and inspiring new perspectives and conversations. These include Seats Taken, a party held every month, talks held in tandem with the four hands collaborations at Nouri, as well as art exhibitions that rotate every quarter.
