Multi-award-winning Wildfire Burgers was launched in Singapore and critically acclaimed in 2015; having quickly secured the title of Asia’s Best Burger within 12 months of opening, then signing a 5-city, 38-outlet franchise for China that very same year. After 3 successful stores in Singapore, the band took a brief hiatus in mid-2019 to redevelop and re-engineer its menu before reopening on 1st June 2020 in the heart of Singapore's civic district, at the arts, heritage, and design precinct of Bras Basah/Bugis. Helmed by an all-star kitchen team including the original head chef from the first Wildfire Burgers, as well as one of the chefs from the opening team of the original Privé (Marina at Keppel Bay) in 2007, this is clearly no ordinary burger or fried chicken joint. No, you did not read it wrong. Wildfire Burgers does specialize in burgers but they are equally well known for serving a mewn fried chicken. Made from the finest poultry which is fed a diet entirely consisting of grains and is never caged, all the poultry is delivered fresh every day. If you like the batter to be a little on the thinner side, this is the place to be. Pair the fried chicken up with a side helping of Tater Tots made with powdered chicken skin, or devour the Taiwanese Fried Chicken Burger which comes with two chicken thigh patties and a rather spicy chilli pepper powder.
