Plank Sourdough Pizza is different. If you are a lover of thick crust, oily, cheese-laden pizzas, preservatives, improvers and frozen ingredients…do not visit them. They pride themselves on serving clean, freshly made, hand-stretched, sourdough pizza bases topped with interesting, quality ingredients… and a sprinkle of personality of course! As with anything that is of handcrafted quality, this is not a quick process – good food takes time.

The aptly named pizza joint gives most other pizza places a run for their money owing to their mind blowing sourdough crust- crunchy on the outside and bed- soft down the middle. The best part: it emanates a subtle, tangy flavour because of the way they make it. Made with a unique combination of flours and fermented for 2 whole days with natural, wild yeast, this dough is certainly gonna fill your stomachs and empty your pockets because you won’t be able to stop ordering more. It doesn’t matter if you’re a meat lover or a rare herbivore; there is something here for everyone. Countless vegetarian options are available apart from the regular meaty toppings and they also have gluten free options on request.
