Chef Allessandro leads the kitchen from the front, and is heavily inspired by his ancestral recipes. Each of these recipes gives rise to a delightful pasta dish which is a burst of flavours from the very first bite. The pasta dough is handmade every day with top notch flour and fresh eggs.
