Scott Webster, a well-known celebrity chef and restaurateur, debuted his culinary masterpiece, Osia Bar and Restaurant, at Resorts World Sentosa in 2010, introducing Singapore's diners to his avant-garde contemporary Australian cuisine.
The freshest ingredients are acquired from Australia, the Pacific Rim, and the Asia Pacific areas, and Chef Scott creates a menu of nutritious and light seasonal dishes at Osia that highlights these sources.
The cuisine combines the flavours of these various areas to produce a creative and delectable gastronomic experience. The restaurant has a contemporary interior with huge panel windows that flood the space with natural light, creating an atmosphere that is both chic and casual.
