An eclectic mix of Indian spice and meatsmith grunge, Meatsmith Little India is an American barbecue from the south, with an accent of Indian flavor. With its colorful façade and street artwork, Meatsmith Little India fits in perfectly at its home, on Campbell Lane, Little India. The concept originated from the Wanderlust Hotel, as a pop-up taking over the space formerly known as Cocotte. The kitchen helmed by Chef Andrew Baldus, of Meatsmith on Telok Ayer, who created a masterful menu combining the technique of slow cooking and barbecue, with his interpretation of Indian spice, rubs, and sauces.

Think of Meatsmith Little India outlet as everything you love about the original — charred, smokey hunks of meat and more — but with a ‘spicier spin’ and brimming with fresh ideas and flavor!
The open-air corner restaurant lays adjacent to bustling streets, letting the heavenly smells from its modern Indian barbeque float gently upwards. Differentiating from its Telok Ayer branch — at this locale, you’ll find dishes elevated with Indian spices such as; Kerala Beef Ribs, Spiced Madras Pork Cheeks, Crab Biriyani and Smoked Cauliflower.
With its colourful facade and street artwork, this outlet fits perfectly at its home — tucked away on Campbell Lane, in the heart of Little India.
I also love the atmosphere (we sat outside) - surrounded by bustling Little India.
Afterwards, go upstairs to their bar. Excellent decor - sit at the bar and have the entertaining bartender make you amazing cocktails (he also knows tons about whiskey.)
