Even after a whopping 70 years in the business, this eatery has successfully managed to do justice to the vision of founder Loy Nie In, who had embraced the motto “the fresher, the better” when it came to ingredients. Of course, their signature dish, chicken rice, and porridge is still the crowd’s favorite. Not for nothing do you name your restaurant after a dish?
