Vegetarian's are not forgotten here. Carnivore’s buffet spread is enough to satisfy; with an array of over 15 hot and cold salads, appetizers, tradition dishes and soups to complement the endless flow of rotisserie-roasted meats.

Splendid meat of ox, pork, lamb and chicken. The grilled pinapple was exuberantly juicy; so the varities of meat. Service excellent. Coffee could have been included in the buffet.
