Canchita

Located in a section of Dempsey Hill closest to nature, Canchita​​​​​​​ is a Peruvian-centric restaurant which celebrates the vibrant traditions, culture and gastronomy of Latin America. Helmed by chef-couple Tamara Chavez and Daniel Chavez, two of Singapore’s pre-eminent champions of Latin American culture, the restaurant showcases a selection of Peruvian delicacies, alongside a beverage programme of Latin American wines and spirits. The lush venue meanwhile is headed by General Manager Celvin Chiang, who is devoted to personal service and committed to promoting a convivial atmosphere at Canchita.
