Elevating Australian food with every plate coming out of their kitchen, Burnt Ends is a modern barbecue restaurant holding the accolade of One-Michelin Star. Chef Dave Prynt and his team work flawlessly in their open kitchen to entice the diners with their skills on the grill. It is an experience that ignites all the five senses and brings the good old Australian meat on the table with finesse.

Without restrictions in place, getting a table at Burnt Ends is like fighting a lost battle. These are good times for foodies though since Burnt Ends has now started offering takeaways and island wide deliveries. Their a la carte menu is sure as hell a treat for your taste buds. They have classics like juicy Jamaican Chicken Wings and Lamb Chops or creative spins like Leek, Hazelnut and Brown Butter, and the Beef Marmalade- slow cooked beef brisket with bacon, beef bone marrow on sourdough toast and home made pickles. You can also call for set meals for two or four people, or go completely bonkers with the meals for ten.

Highly recommended. Th staff the people and the amazing food are just 5 star across the board. Dined here a couple of times and it is mind blowingly incredible. Love the quaint atmosphere and the open kitchen concept. You see everything and get to chat with the Chef. A must do experience, and not only once!

We had a wonderful experience last night at Burnt ends. Albeit a private function, the food was extremely good. From oysters shucked to perfection to Rump Cap Burnt Onion and Bone Marrow. The Burnt Ends’ Sanger was a winner later in the evening after consuming copious amounts of red wine. Possibly one of the best brioche burgers ever and definitely counts as one of the best burgers available in Singapore.
