Throw it back to childhood days, and enjoy a whimsical ‘picnic basket’ high tea at Alley on 25. Priced at $48 per person, unpack your picnic set to enjoy some sweet and savoury delights like Lobster Croissants, Valrhona chocolate bon bons, and some locally inspired dishes like Kueh Lapis and Andaz Pandan Chiffon cake. If you’d like to unwind a bit, the afternoon picnic tea set here comes with a complimentary cocktail, or mocktail if you’re a teetotaler.

The food was absolute top quality and the ambience was modern and clean while still very cozy. A perfect place to spend some time with your loved ones.

The prices are quite high so that is less about this place as well as the staff that is not really connecting with their guests. During your high tea for instance you’d like it if the staff were asking if you enjoy the food. Or if you perhaps need more tea.
