I have used Foodpanda quite a few times, but my biggest issue with them is the delivery! You have an option to pre book and nearly on every occasion I have booked 2-3 hours in advance for the food to either turn up late, not at all or even earlier then planned, go figure! The customer service standard is low when dealing with them regards any of these issues, that's if you can even get to them! The BIGGEST problem they have is if you order their delivery either in advance or for right now, there is no way of knowing your order has been cancelled! Unless, you go and track that order yourself. So no text message, or reminder that it is not coming. In todays high tech society I find this simple thing to be there downfall!
Foodpanda is a delivery company, which was founded in 2012 and has now expanded into 45 countries. They deliver food to customers in a short period of time, in rain or shine. Their delivery charge is pretty reasonable and many restaurants under Foodpanda provide free delivery with minimum order. Overall, Foodpanda is highly recommended for people who would like to just stay at home and relax on their off days, instead of worrying about going out to buy food.
Last few times I've ordered they've cancelled my order or were going to take 2 -3 hours to get there. So I booked somewhere else :( They used to be so good! So please tell me it's just my bad luck.
