Nam Sing Hokkien Fried Mee is one of the oldest noodle stalls around, it has been in operation since 1963, in one of the most oft-visited and probably the best hawker centres in Singapore.
The cooks of Nam Sing add their own unique twist to this crowd favourite by adding fresh-cut chilli instead of the traditional sambal chilli, so as to not overpower its delectable wok hei flavour, which is the highlight of the dish.
