Expat Kitchen has three streams of courses –Â
Stream 1 includes their signature helpers courses (basic, intermediate and baking) as well as focus courses (fab fish, lunchbox ideas, fussy kids and substantial salads)
Stream 2 includes classic classes (Modern Western cuisine classes for women and men), special holiday classes, cooking club nights and private functions.
Stream 3 includes kids cooking classes and birthday cooking parties.

I've been looking for a place like this and have always wanted to do a cooking course, more in particular - seafood style dishes. If it wasn't for this article I wouldn't know where to find one.
I stumbled upon Expat Kitchen when we moved here. I was interested in taking some cooking classes myself as we do not have a helper. Our interests were in "Asian" style cooking. My first class I attended was Vietnamese, my favorite. I learned so much and the trainer was very knowledgable. Since then I've attended many more classes and I always leave with my recipes and a greater knowledge of cooking. I find it's the little tips that they give you that help in day to day cooking. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in a fun day with great food and wonderful people to sign up!
