Firangi Superstar

Firangi Superstar is a love letter to India, a land warm affectionate, and sometimes outrageous. Located in Singapore, the Modern Indian restaurant presents a cinematic journey through the Motherland, seen through an imagined kaleidoscopic fantasy lens. Firangi Superstar is not just about cocktails but G&Ts, with lunch and dinner. Heritagious ceiling twirlies and electric candelas on the wall, and a brassetallic trestle laden with old travelly bits extupify the retro-timey charismour as you wist waxfully at the Rajasthicious landscape brought to you by our dear chap TraseOne (@ts1) and his minimalist cartoonicry....

his one is for all the Indians in Singapore (or not). Either way, this restaurant started off as a tribute to India. It is situated in the Tanjong Pagar district and the entire venue is filled with crafty decor and infrastructure to complement its menu comprising modern Indian cuisine. Some dishes worth checking out include the Prata Waffle, a butter chicken dish which comes with waffle pressed prata and fried chicken done Madras style. Looking to go beyond meat? Try the This is Not Aloo Gobi, a rendition of the famed North Indian vegetable. Other options for mains include the tandoori lamb saddle and roasted and tandoor-charred pumpkin.
