We checked in and were greeted by the warm hospitality from the hotel staff at the reception. Thereafter, we went to the crystal club and was greeted with all smile and friendliness coming from the crystal club staff namely Ms Eileen, Sierra and Vanessa at 5.35pm.
We had great service from Ms Eileen who constantly making sure that we were comfortable during our dining. Her team members, Sierra and Vanessa also made sure our dining needs were met.
Ms Eileen went out all her way and shared with us all the wonderful insights about Park hotel Alexandra and recommended us to try the roast and grilled meat offered by the restaurant should we come by next time.
Our evening was well spent in the crystal lounge and unknowingly we spent at the club for close to 2 hours and couldn't bear to leave because of the memorable service provided by Ms Eileen and her team.
