The Bûche de Noel Chocolate ($98 for 1kg) comprises a moist chocolate sponge layered with bitter-sweet chocolate cream. With every bite is a hint of chocolate crunchy for an added touch of crispiness.
For the one who enjoys a good nutty cake, indulge in the Heritage Chestnut Christmas Log ($98 for 1kg), a chestnut sponge cake within layers of premium Tahitian vanilla and chestnut cream and berries compote. Last but definitely not the least, a flashy cake that is dressed to impressed, the Signature Forest Cherries Log ($98 for 1kg) reveals layers of impressive flavours – a dark chocolate mousse with spiced cherry confit and Kirsch mousse.
Traditional must-haves include the house-made InterContinental Fruit Cake ($58 for 250g) and the Intercontinental Christmas Stollen ($45 for 600g), a German delicacy, thickly coated with powdered sugar also known as Christstollen, a reminiscent of the snowy German landscape and baked with spices to convey the warmth of the season.

From 16 November, get into the festive spirit by indulging in a 5-course seasonal set menu featuring some of the freshest and most premium ingredients including dishes like Tagliatelle all’Astice - fresh homemade tagliatelle with Boston lobster, Tartare di Tonno e Caviale di Melanzane - Japanese bluefin tuna tartar with smoked eggplant caviar, Amalfi lemon and Vellutata tiepida di Zucchine e Ostriche - organic zucchini velouté with poached Fine de Claire Oyster.
On Christmas Eve, the menu is jazzed up to feature some of Italy’s finest including the Astice, Fungi e Homardine - lightly poached live Boston lobster with wild mushrooms and lobster stock, Wagyu, Carciofi e Intingolo - charred wagyu MB6-7 beef ribeye, artichoke in natural jus and the sweet Heritage “Castagna” - chestnut cream with Tahitian vanilla, berries compote, crispy meringue with frozen “heritage” tea.
Ring in the new year with yet another curated dinner menu featuring Halibut come una Bouillabaisse - poached halibut filet with fennel, Spanish saffron, pomme vapeur and crustacean consommé as well as the Carré di Vitello e Tian di Verdure - oven roasted Dutch veal rack with seasonal vegetables tian “Pissaladière”, bread and herbs split jus.
Not forgetting the little ones, LUCE has in store a special 3-Course kids' meal that is sure to impress their sweet and savoury palate. Expect a refreshing homemade Tomato Soup, Mini Wagyu Beef Sliders, Crispy Battered Fish Fillet and a deliciously decadent Chocolate Brownie.

On Christmas day, jazz up your afternoon tea with premium Canapés that are sure to be a party in the mouth. From the savoury Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Ikura Salmon Roe and Pumpernickel, to the rich, buttery, and delicate Foie Gras Terrine with Smoked Duck Breast and Green Pistachio and refreshing Boston Lobster Mayonnaise Salad with Smoked Caviar and Brioche Bun.
