This Valentine’s Day, InterContinental Singapore presents a series of stunning culinary offerings to please your loved one. From a whimsical French menu at the charming Lobby Lounge to an exquisite 5-Course seafood dinner at LUCE by Davide Giacomelli.

Celebrating the season of love in a French fashion, The Lobby Lounge is bringing you a délicieuse a la carte menu that is sure to up the ante of your romantic gastronomy journey.

Arrive grandiosely at the charming Lobby Lounge in expectant of stunning highlights such as the Coquilles Saint Jacques d’Hokkaido ($39), a luxuriously succulent scallop with smoked cauliflower purée, hazelnut crumble, crispy Bayonne ham and noisette cream drizzled with herb oil.

For the heartier palate, choose from the Boeuf Bourguignon ($56), a hearty beef strip braised in red wine enhanced with the sweet flavours of the heirloom carrot fondant, smoked pancetta, and pearl onion served with creamy potato mousseline; or the Agneau de Lait des Pyrénées ($54), a premium delicacy featuring Pyrenees milk-fed lamb rack, Provençal ratatouille, basil pistou in rosemary lamb jus.

A cherry on top of it all are exclusive house-made desserts, including the Cherry Clafoutis ($16) featuring a spiced cherry compote served with Martinique Rhum-Vanilla Ice Cream and the Citrus Crème Brulée ($16) that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Raise a toast to the occasion with a collection of specially curated cocktails at The Lobby Lounge with each glass romantically named after significant elements of love.

The Lobby Lounge at InterContinental Singapore presents a series of Symbols of Love Cocktails and Mocktails Highlights include the Infinity Cocktail ($28++), a fruity concoction with mezcal, orange curacao, lime, lemon, agave and passionfruit. The significance behind this drink lies in its romantically pleasant expression of never ending love akin to the infinity symbol which composes of a line that never ends.

Another thoughtful concoction to express your affection is the Red Roses Cocktail ($28++), a gin- based kirsch liqueur with a touch of Cranberry Lime – a potent love shot with fruity undertones for the couple that enjoys a good kick.

A series of mocktails are also available for enjoyment, which includes The Cupid ($20++), a drink that where one will fall hopelessly in love with, with its refreshing mix of lemon, lime, passionfruit and butterfly pea. Not to mention The Swan ($20++), a graceful drink that radiates positivity with its selection of tropical ingredients including coconut cream, amaretto, pineapple and lemon.

A Romantic Seafood 5 Course Dinner

Chef de Cuisine Davide Giacomelli is turning up the romance of the season with an exclusive 5-course seafood menu featuring only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality.

Start the meal with a toast to a romantic evening with specially curated welcome drinks - the Astoria Cuvée Prosecco DOC or Diabolo Mocktail; before delving into the first course, the Consommé, Funghi cotti e crudi, Pesto d’erbe. A savoury consommé with cooked and raw mushrooms and bitter herb pesto, this dish makes the perfect stimulant of a hearty appetite that would surely come in handy as the meal progresses into a seafood galore.

Be greeted with the freshest produce from under the sea, including the Carpaccio di Capesante di Hokkaido, condimento al Tartufo Nero, a refreshingly fresh scallop carpaccio paired with a luxurious black truffle dressing, as well as Chef's signature Tagliatelle alla Granseola, a homemade Tagliatelle pasta cooked in crustaceans stock topped with fresh king crab for a subtle note of sweetness. Just as you are about to polish your plate clean, be presented with the extravagant Sella di Agnello, Porri e Ostriche, a pan-fried lamb saddle served with leeks and oysters - an uncanny pairing with layers of impressive flavours to uncover.

Wrapping up the evening is the “Sweetheart” Pavlov, a lady's favourite, featuring rose mascarpone cream and yoghurt meringue topped with mixed berries compote.
