Their concept of a “factory filled with creativity and innovation” was born in Japan in 2011. As the name suggests, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory is renowned for its Cheesecake and Cheese cookies. But if you haven’t had their lip smacking cream puffs, then you’ve missed out on a lot in life. Don’t fret though. Better late than never. The cream puff goes by the alias “Milk Pie”, which is mascarpone cheese and cream generously packed in a choux and filo pastry. We recommend the classic version of this pastry but if you must order a different flavour, check out the Christmas favourite Dark Chocolate Drizzled Milk Pie. The festive season is not far now.
