Get a completely novel and exotic-influenced version of chicken and waffles at the contemporary Indian restaurant, Firangi Superstar. The Prata Waffle might hint a tad of cheating for this combo, but its promising tastes will more than make up for it! Expect a Madras-style chicken which has been marinated in a blend of ingredients (ginger garlic paste, yoghurt, turmeric, garam masala and curry leaves), before its deep-fried to perfection. It’s served up with a pour of aromatic butter chicken sauce and jaggery syrup. The mentioned waffle is in actuality prata dough that’s been pressed in the waffle machine – serving as an exemplary vessel to absorb all that gorgeous meat and sauce!
