Started by Mrs. Violet Kwan, who is now 92, Lana Cakes is a family-run business; and is famous for its chiffon cakes. Biting into their Chocolate Fudge Cake feels like all chocolate dreams come true in a slice of cake. Also, for those of you who like the fudge better than the sponge, there’s a Fudge Lovers Only (F.L.O.) cake which has extra fudge in the center. Go indulge!
