As a continuation of this theme, MO BAR has kicked off the Nomadic Cocktail Odyssey in collaboration with Bacardi to offer four cocktails by top bartenders in Hong Kong. No need to wait for the travel bubble to experience the best of HK cocktail culture – you can head over to MO BAR all month to try out the menu.
Priced at S$22++ each, the cocktails on offer are as follows: Tuxedo +852 created by John Nugent of The Diplomat includes Star of Bombay, Dry Vermouth, Maraschino, Pear and Orange Bitters.
The T-groni created by Sandeep Hathiramani of Tell Camellia is a blend of Bombay Sapphire, Lapsang Souchong, Mezcal, Campari. Sweet Vermouth and Orange Bitters
Order the Endgame created by Devender Sehgal of The Aubrey blending Patron Silver, Wasabi, Campari, Sweet Vermouth and Sancho Pepper and the popular La Fresa created by Jay Khan of COA Hong Kong. Patron Silver, Joven Mezcal, Pink Peppercorn, Strawberry and London Essence Indian Tonic Water.
