In addition to our tours, we have run many fun events over the last few years. At present we’re restricted on what we can do, but have come up with what we think will be a fun & interesting alternative; a series of bimonthly salons (or “soirées” !) at my home whereby interesting & influential people in different walks of life - the Arts, politics, business, photography and so on - come and talk about what they do, their life and passions.
Our kick off session will be on Feb 25 with SRT’s Creative Director Gaurav Kripalani, followed by March 11 2021 with one of Singapore’s finest actors, Adrian Pang. And on March 26 2021 Nathalie Ribette of SingTheatre will be our guest. So it’s a theatrical month!
April will see us going literary with award winning Singaporean author Josephine Chia on the 16th and anthropologist turned history & architecture expert and writer Julian Davison on the 30th.
We will be working on special guests for the months of May onwards but suffice to say my “Rolodex” has lots of interesting & influential names in it...!! Each ticket will be $120 per person which includes a simple (pescatarian) dinner and lots of wine. Please sign up asap as they will fill up, not least as the maximum number of guests per event is 7!
