Starting from home in 1998, Ixora grew out of the passion and dedication of founder, Julia, and her husband, Helmut. Drawing on their training and extensive experience in European and Indonesian cuisine, the couple grew their family business to include professional baking facilities, restaurants, and popular gelato. 17 years later, Ixora is proud to be an industry leader in Bali, creating expert cakes, breads, & pastries for wholesale and retail clientele.
