Vive la France! Paying tribute to the hotel’s French roots, Sofitel Singapore City Centre is presenting a spectacular semi-buffet brunch in commemoration of Bastille Day, otherwise known as La Fête Nationale (French National Day) in France, on 17 July 2022. Diners can indulge in their choice of entrée along with a seafood platter, dessert platter, and a curated spread of appetisers, crêpes and waffles.
Kicking off the celebration is an enticing ensemble of ocean gems from Oysters, Hokkaido Scallops to Rock Lobsters. Other appetisers that are sure to whet the appetite include Beef Tatare with Cured Egg Yolk, Smoked Salmon, Pork and Beef Charcuterie, Chicken Liver Pâté with Wild Trumpet Mushrooms and Truffle Pesto, as well as Baked Escargots with Mushrooms and Herbs.
The feast continues with a stunning display of entrées for selection. Expect French favourites such as Sautéed French Bouchot Mussels in Saffron White Wine, Steak Frites, and Coq Au Vin, in addition to Asian specialties such as Tiger King Prawn Noodle Soup, and Yellow Croaker Fish with Glass Noodles.
For desserts, the decadent line-up of sweet treats ranging from Paris–Brest, Canelé, Tropézienne, to Crêpes Suzette are guaranteed palate pleasers that will complete the satisfying meal.
