Renowned destination rooftop bar Smoke & Mirrors is geared up to celebrate Singapore’s 57th birthday, by featuring nostalgic flavours and treats fondly remembered by residents of the city, from 9 to 31 August 2022.
Perched on the rooftop of the National Gallery Singapore, Smoke & Mirrors is known for its spectacular panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline and creative cocktail programme.
The destination rooftop bar sets out to elevate the cocktail experience by exploring classic drinks with experimental new twists. Guests can expect innovative menu concepts driven by modern techniques and unique flavour combinations to artfully challenge perceptions. With an emphasis on thought-provoking flavour profiles, Smoke & Mirrors continues to entice curious imbibers and cocktail aficionados alike.
Beat the heat while watching the festivities and fireworks spectacle with cold childhood treats depicted into modern cocktails. In conjunction with Botanist Gin, the venue is offering a refreshingly boozy version of Gin & Tonic ice cocktail pops featuring island summer flavours such as Mango and Grapefruit and localised favourites, such as Bandung and Sour Plum. Each ice pop is priced at SGD 25++.
Bask in nostalgia furthermore with a tall glass of Sparkling Calamansi, a boozy take of the invigorating homegrown lime juice elevated with Botanist Gin and Prosecco (SGD 24++), and all-time Singaporean snacks, including Spicy Mackerel Otah Spring Rolls (SGD 16++) and Grilled Chicken Satay (SGD 22++).
For Tuesday, 9 August 2022 a full pre-payment is required via PayNow to secure tables at the below rates:
6 PM – 9 PM: S$120++ per pax
9 PM onwards: S$60++ per pax
