With over 370 locations in South Korea, DAILY BEER is well-known for its scrumptious Korean pub meals and one-of-a-kind craft beers. Following its successful debut in Telok Ayer, DAILY BEER is expanding its presence in Singapore by teaming with local F&B operator Katrina Group to create a second location at the historic CHIJMES.
This new 52-seater establishment provides a more relaxed dining experience, in contrast to its first site in Telok Ayer, which mostly serves the busy working crowd. Nestled among CHIJMES' gorgeous courtyards and intimate alfresco eating areas, it provides the ideal venue for casual gatherings with friends and family, as well as special events such as corporate gatherings and milestone celebrations.
DAILY BEER CHIJMES offers the same delectable fried chicken and pub cuisine that has grown famous with the brand. The iconic Angry Bird fried chicken, hand-battered to golden perfection, takes front stage. Diners can select from a variety of flavours, including the iconic Original Angry Bird, the fiery Angry Bird Red coated in a spicy red sauce with roasted sesame seeds, and the savoury Angry Bird Black covered in garlic soy sauce. The menu also includes a selection of Korean specialities such as Daily Buddae Tteokbokki, Premium Fish Cake Soup, and Grilled Dried Pollack.
Two rare craft beers, brewed in South Korea and available only at DAILY BEER CHIJMES, add to the thrill of this new opening. The Gijang Sour Weiss is a dry-hopped sour ale with tart, fruity undertones, and the Modern IPA features tropical flavours like passionfruit and pineapple, which are ideal for Singapore's environment. These beers add an amazing portfolio of craft brews, which includes the Singapore-exclusive Chijmes Hazy IPA and Chijmes Pale Ale, both of which are perfectly paired with DAILY BEER's trademark fried chicken.
