Reminiscent of the charming bistros tucked away in the corners of Paris, the setting and décor of L’Angelus evoke a Parisian atmosphere as thick as the chef’s French Onion Soup. The décor has a traditional feel which hasn’t changed in the restaurant’s long history. Image Credit: L'Angélus Facebook Page Video Credit: SGFoodLifestyle

One of the oldest French restaurants on the island, L'Angélus is a legend and an award-winning restaurant. Come here for classic French dishes, succulent in every bite and morsel, without having to spend a lot. You can enjoy a free-flow of Clams Marinière with white wine, cream basil, Italian parsley, onion, and tomato for S$18 every Tuesday. The restaurant uses traditional recipes to make its dishes. We love their Lobster Ravioli, Butter Roasted Lamb Rump with a Mint Anchoiade Sauce, Saffron Risotto with sauteed squid and chorizo, and Baba Au Rhum.
