Yantra by Hemant Oberoi pays tribute to fine Indian cuisine with a balanced mix of classic and contemporary dishes.

With a menu reflecting the diversity and intricacy of Indian cuisine, Chef Oberoi puts in his unique twist, bringing it to the forefront of culinary innovation with signature dishes like Quinoa Chaat, Varqui Crab, Thepla Tacos and Seafood Rassa, as well as delicious desserts ranging from carrot halwa cigars, gulab jamun tiramisu and sugar cane sorbet.
