This carefully curated dining experience offers an opportunity for families, friends, and colleagues to come together in celebration of the holy month in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.

Under the guidance of esteemed chefs Mohamad Mohamed Abdelmoety Ahmed, Khairul Akmal Bin Zakaria, and Nelson Wong, StraitsKitchen delivers a feast that pays homage to heritage while embracing culinary innovation. Guests can enjoy a vibrant selection of dishes, ranging from traditional mezze such as baba ghanoush and hummus with warm pita to local favourites like Ayam Buah Keluak and Beef Rendang.

The live stations add to the immersive experience, featuring Malay barbecue delights such as satay with peanut sauce as well as Middle Eastern classics like freshly carved chicken shawarma wrapped in pita with tahini sauce. Beyond the Iftar spread, StraitsKitchen extends an invitation to all guests throughout the day with a specially designed lunch buffet that highlights the diversity of Singapore’s culinary landscape.
