Spice Brasserie Unveils a Brand-New Dining Concept

Starting from SGD34 per person (Lunch) and SGD42 per person (Dinner)

Long known for its sumptuous Asian-style buffet spreads, Spice Brasserie has recently unveiled a refreshed and gorgeous new look complete with a brand-new exciting dining concept that embraces the best of Asian street food with innovative surprises.

The extensive buffet line comes with four outstanding live stations – Charcoal Grill, Tandoor, Asian Salad Bar and Teppanyaki Ice Cream.

Some unique dishes to look forward to such as Saigon Pancake, Nanjing Salted Duck, Vietnamese Broken Rice Claypot Porridge (cooked over the charcoal grill), Carrot Cake (grilled and served ‘potong’ style) and Squid Ink Naan.

For those with a sweet tooth, the restaurant’s own rendition of the old school Rum Ball, Muah Chee, Durian Pengat and Cempedak Crumble are must-haves.
