Elixir Coffee and Wine

Elixir opened in 2017 as Elixir Boutique Roasters, a laidback cafe in Bukit Timah that specialises in small-batch filter coffees — sourced directly from Australia — and premium espressos, alongside a hearty brunch-to-lunch menu. In April 2023, it reopened in Holland Grove as a coffee bar with a brunch menu in the day, and pizza and wine bar by night. Elixir is owned and run by Eleven Seventeen Capital, which also has modern steakhouse Meadesmoore and community steakhouse Fat Belly (FBG) under its belt.
