Check out Analogue Initiative, a fantastic new pub! It's all about promoting dialogue and sustainability. The location, a renovated chapel with a distinctive style, is magnificent. The bar counter is built of recycled cerulean plastic from more than 1,600kg of plastic waste. A form of fungus called mycelium is also used to make the tables. But it goes beyond appearances. The bar attempts to increase public awareness of sustainable food practises. The restaurant offers the first totally plant-based menu in Singapore. Although the cocktails are light and energising, they also provoke thought.
They promote conversation on the link between the food business and the environment. Moreover, what about the food? Oh, that tastes great! They offer flavorful platters made of plants. Imagine crispy tacos made of jackfruit with a wonderful, meaty filling. Or smooth, skinned pumpkin dumplings that resemble mochi. Yum! The goal of Analogue Initiative is to deliver the familiar in fresh, thoughtful, and delectable ways. They make a statement by using eco-friendly substitutes. But more crucially, they've developed a distinctive drinking experience that is exclusive to them. It's a location where taste and sustainability coexist.
