Chef de Cuisine Davide Giacomelli, recognised for his strong love of pasta, will organise an extraordinary month of pasta festivities from October 1st to October 31st, 2023.

Born and bred in the scenic surroundings of Lake Garda, Italy, Chef Davide's obsession with real Italian cuisine, particularly pasta, flourished in the caring embrace of his family's restaurant. His culinary journey extended to some of Italy's most prestigious Michelin-starred places in Lake Garda and Paris, where he diligently polished his skill.

Chef Davide has methodically created four delicious pasta dishes in honour of World Pasta Day, each delicately representing a separate Italian area. This limited-time menu aims to send customers on a gastronomic trip evocative of Chef Davide's personal odyssey through Italy's diverse culinary terrain. From the delicacy of Piemonte's beef cheek Ravioli to the attraction of Sardegna's seafood-infused Fregula Sarda, each creation reflects the spirit of Italy's rich gourmet past.

Ravioli, Guancia di Manzo, and Burro Nocciola from Piemonte
