Dig into plenty of comfort food at Wala Wala.
Set in Holland Village since 1993, the appeal of this Holland Village stalwart lies with its relaxed and as-simple-as-it-gets-chill vibe.
It has been called the establishment, labelled iconoclastic but really, it is just the kind of watering hole everybody wants to have in their neighbourhood.

One of the best places in Holland Village to sit back after work with a glass of chilled beer and sumptuous bar bites is Wala Wala. The vibe here is amazing and what we love is the extensive beer and spirit choices they have. To melt all your worries away, we recommend trying their signature cocktail, Gin Soho, a mix of gin, elderflower liqueur, ginger ale, muddled ginger and lemongrass. Pair these with breaded deep-fried jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, Wala Wala Buffalo Wings or Pizza Wala. If you’re famished go straightaway for their Chargrilled Ribeye with sauteed mushrooms.
Food choices are limited, however I do love their outdoor seating area and at times the servers can be friendly.
Went to Wala Wala for a late night catch up with friends. We ordered some cocktails and snacks, The Old Fashioned I ordered was average but the snacks were not bad. The best part about Wala Wala is its atmosphere, so if you love to have your drink with some good live music, this is the place to go.
