Other sweet delights include the skilfully crafted Manjari 64% Chocolate Mousse with Cherry Spice Compote with Chocolate Crunchy Base that is wittily shaped as a cherry, the delicious summer fruit; the Poached White Peach with Oolong Tea Infused Cream and Vanilla Genoise that boasts sweet aromas from the impeccable balance of fruit and tea flavours; as well as the Mint Ganache and Lemon Candied Chocolate Praline that reminds one of a refreshing virgin mojito summer mocktail by the beach.
The delightful savoury treats include the umami-rich Kani Crab Cake with Miso Aioli and Scallions that is a literal party in the mouth, the delicate Baked Capsicum and Brie Cheese with Fresh Flower on Fruit and Nut Loaf, the flavourful Turkey Ham Roll with Sliced Vegetables and Takuan, as well as the Asparagus Cheddar Quiche that leaves you craving for more!
