UbinEats, a virtual restaurant by New Ubin Group dedicated to ‘Truly SIngaporean’ ready-to-eat meals for one. It has five sub-brands – Ubin Nasi Lemak, Vijay Banana Leaf, Ah Koon Scissor Cut Rice, Ah Ma Chicken Curry Noodles and Ah Boon Signatures – each with a culinary reflection of the ways different ethnic groups in Singapore indulge in their favourite national pastime.
