Chef Daniele, renowned for his culinary inventions at Art di Daniele Sperindio, has created a menu of eight distinct dishes that perfectly combine Italian expertise with Singapore's bright tastes. Drawing inspiration from HighHouse’s energetic environment, his food exemplifies a whimsical yet sophisticated approach to gastronomy, combining traditional techniques with daring inventiveness.
Diners can expect an amazing culinary experience that begins with 'Summer in Seoul,' a refreshing chilled somen in a delicate broth made from watermelon rinds and vegan fish sauce. The experience continues with the 'DIY,' a crunchy cheese-based waffle served with artichoke aioli and savoury bresaola. A definite standout is 'Cacio E Peppe Di Mare Tutte Bucce,' a rich and delicious pasta dish with black lime, parmesan rinds, scallops, and Italian furikake. To conclude, 'From Singapore with Love' offers a unique twist on Ice Kacang, combining burrata cream, banana nectar ice, and adzuki for a sweet finish.
