After working in the Crystal Jade and Tunglok kitchens, chef Li Huaizhi decided to start his own food stall. While all the food at Supreme La Mian is extraordinary - from the guo tie to the la mian - the jewel on its crown is the xiao long bao. With generous meat fillings of minced pork flavoured with scallion oil, sesame oil and soy sauce, the soup dumplings are to die for.
