For those less adept with chopsticks, or those who prefer their broth on the sweeter side, this Shanghainese stall is the place to be! The dumplings are made on-site daily and then kept chilled just in time for the lunchtime rush. The skin of these dumplings is thicker in order to hold the hot, sweet broth and the fragrant tender meat better.
